NY BATH — Bath Planning Board refers subdivision variance to Town Board. The Planning Board voted unanimously on June 1 to forward a variance request for a 6807 County Route 15 property to the Town Board, which was set to meet June 8, 2026. Applicant Richard Hargraves seeks relief on lot size (0.520 acres against a 0.80-acre minimum) and road frontage (135 feet against 175 required).
The board also heard from Denise Buck, representing Adonai Management LLC, on continued operations at 7114 State Route 415 as short-term housing; the board has outlined required instructions before decisions can proceed.
