Planning Board approves Bidwell subdivision on Chrysler Road

NY BATH — Bath Planning Board unanimously approves Bidwell 28-acre subdivision transfer on Chrysler Road. The Planning Board voted unanimously on May 5 to approve the subdivision request, transferring 28.16 acres from a 45-acre parcel to a smaller 1.84-acre parcel, increasing it to 30.00 acres. Attorney Christine Valkenburgh Esq. presented the request on behalf of applicants Richard and Steven Bidwell at 7256 Chrysler Rd., Bath, NY 14810.
The board also unanimously approved the April meeting minutes and tabled discussion of a property status issue at 7114 State Route 415 pending compliance documentation.
