NY BATH — Bath planning board approved a residential subdivision and utility expansion project unanimously. Planning Board Chairman James Hopkins led votes to approve a Hayes family subdivision at 8557 and 8561 County Route 16 in Savona and an NYSEG expansion project for the Bath Substation at 7350 Selleck Road. The substation expansion covers approximately 360 feet south and 335 feet west, contingent on Steuben County 239 review approval.
The board also heard architectural plans for Adonai Management LLC/Warming House at 7114 State Route 415, with conditions pending submission of officially stamped drawings and legal counsel review.
